Discuss a programme or pilot
Infrastructure Condition Index is free and public, and you do not need to talk to anyone to use it. If you are thinking about using it across a set of buildings, a programme intake or a pilot, we would rather hear about it first.
Useful things to tell us: roughly how many buildings, who would be filling in the profiles, what you are trying to find out, and any deadline you are working to.

ICI is not an energy audit, an engineering assessment, an inspection or a code review, and it does not decide who qualifies for a programme.
